Oprah Tells Tyrese to ‘Think Like A King’ After Talk Show Gets Cancelled

*Tyrese Gibson announced on Monday (Aug. 1) that he and Rev Run will not be back on OWN for a second season of their talk show, “It’s Not You, It’s Men.”

The singer/actor took to Instagram to share the news with his followers, in addition to revealing the advice Oprah Winfrey gave him following news of the show’s cancellation.

“Think like a KING, a KING is not afraid to fail. Failure is another steppingstone to greatness,” Winfrey is quoted as telling the “Fast & Furious” star. Check out his IG post below.

Gibson didn’t explain why the show was cancelled, but did say that he’s currently looking into having “It’s Not You, It’s Men” placed on Netflix.
