PRAYERS UP! PEABO BRYSON SUFFERS HEART ATTACK … SINGER SAID TO BE IN STABLE CONDITION

Wow. Here we go again. We’re still dealing with director John Singleton‘s stroke and now another celeb has been struck by a life threatening medical condition. That person is legendary R&B singer Peabo Bryson who suffered what’s being described as a “mild” heart attack.

The medical emergency happened over the weekend, but we’re just now learning of it. We also pray that his condition really is “mild.” We say that because when Singleton’s stroke was first reported, it was characterized as “mild.” However, we now know it was much worse.

In any event, a representative for Bryson, 68, sent the following statement to EURweb:

“Double Grammy / Double Oscar Award-winning balladeer, Peabo Bryson, suffered a mild heart attack at his home in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 27, 2019. He is currently listed in stable condition and is awake and responsive. Both his medical team and family are optimistic for a speedy recovery. At this time, privacy is requested; however, the thoughts and prayers of friends and fans are welcomed and appreciated.”
