21st season of winter At Lock 3

Lock 3 Akron, Ohio is kicking off our 21st season of winter fun! Join us on Friday, November 28th for a day full of festivities, including:

➡️ Ice Skating, available from 11am to 11pm

➡️ The Akron Bazaar Holiday Market from 5 to 9pm, where you can get a jumpstart on your holiday shopping from local artists and vendors

➡️ Visit with Archie the Snowman and check out the return of the O’Neil’s holiday window displays

The highlight of the evening, though, is the Welcome Santa Parade! The illuminated night parade will step off from the corner of Cedar and S. Main at 6pm, then make its way up Main Street to W. Bowery. The parade will showcase vibrant floats, costumed characters and of course Santa himself! Immediately following the parade, the evening culminates with fireworks, and the lighting up of Lock 3.

There will be tons more fun happening throughout the winter at Lock 3, including Akron’s Sauerkraut Ball presented by Stray Dog, visit with Santa, Ice Bikes and Bumper Cars for rent, and more!
