AKA-ZTO Chapter members at 2025 Retreat.

AKRON, OHIO: The Hilton Garden Inn in Akron, Ohio, recently bloomed pink and

green when hosting the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ® Zeta Theta Omega

(AKA-ZTO) Chapter’s 2025 Peace, Purpose, & Pretty Vibes Retreat. Chapter members

gathered for two days of fun, festivities, and sisterhood.

Friday evening offered a sisterly event that included stroll practice, line dancing, and

creating bath salts made with scented essential oils. During the evening, members

enjoyed snacks, pink and green cupcakes, and more.

On Saturday the Retreat kicked off with a tasty breakfast and an opportunity for ZTO

members to socialize. In addition to a delicious lunch, members participated in sisterly

relations activities such as “Soror Speed Dating” and a photo scavenger hunt. In

preparation for the upcoming year, topics discussed were strategic planning, event

promotion, setting the tone as leaders, and reactivation and reclamation. It was two

days of fun, learning, and sisterhood.
