*Offset is facing new legal and financial pressure after a Detroit casino filed a lawsuit alleging the rapper failed to repay a $100,000 gambling credit line.

According to court documents, the MotorCity Casino Hotel claims Offset opened a credit line in March 2024 to continue gambling during a visit. The casino alleges that when it later attempted to collect the balance, it was unable to reach him and tried to withdraw funds directly from his account as previously agreed. However, the casino says the account did not contain sufficient funds to cover the debt, TMZ reports.

The lawsuit accuses Offset of breach of contract and fraud, among other claims. A representative for Offset said the situation is being addressed, stating, “We are working toward a resolution.”

The legal dispute arrives during a turbulent period for the rapper, coming just days before he was injured in a shooting outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida. The incident followed an altercation involving members of Offset’s group and those associated with rapper Lil Tjay.

Offset was struck in the leg and transported to a hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities later detained Lil Tjay on a disorderly conduct charge connected to the confrontation, though he was released the following day.

Meanwhile, in the video below, host Poetik Flakko claims Lil TJay shot Offset over a long-standing debt dispute.
