Taste Of Akron And The Akron Arts Expo Return To Hardesty Park Next Week



Akron, Ohio, July 17, 2024  — Today, the City of Akron announced the lineup for Taste of Akron which is set to return on Thursday, July 25 at Hardesty Park (1615 W. Market St.) from 5pm-9pm. Patrons can enjoy a number of appetizers, entrées, and desserts, while listening to Eric Everett Jazz: Elation! and Timi Funk. No pre-paid tickets are needed, guests will pay food vendors directly.

The 45th annual Akron Arts Expo returns to Hardesty Park on Saturday, July 27 from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sunday, July 28 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. The expo celebrates the creativity of over 100 juried exhibitors from across the country.  It is a free, family-friendly weekend event and draws over 10,000 patrons to the Akron area.  It features live entertainment throughout the weekend featuring DEK of Hearts, Symphonic Winds, Magnificent Goat Brothers, Northwest Community Center Dancers and FizzStix.
